Saunf and Gud (Fennel seeds and jaggery)

Ek spoon saunf ko ek spoon gud ke saath milakar subhe or shaam ko khane se dharn ki samasya mein bahut hi aaram milta hai. Saunf mein natural  gun paye jate hein jo naval displacement ke symptoms jaise  gas, pet mein dard, kabz( constipation), ji machlana ya ulti (vomiting). Pet mein marod (cramps) uthna, ladkion (girls) mein masik dharrm ki pareshaniyo ko door karna jaisi problems ko door karne mein madad karti hein.   • Aapne dono legs ko seedha rakhiye.
  • Ab right leg ko fold kijiye or apne left haath ko aapni left leg ke anguthe par touch karne ki koshish kijiye. Aisa 5 to 7 times kijiye.
  • Ab left leg fold karke wahi kriya apni right leg ke liye 5 to 7 baar kijiye.

Ye exercise roj subha khali pet karne se aapki nabhi apne sathan par aa jayegi or aapko turant aaram bhi milega.

Raised Leg Pose (uttanpadasana)

Uttanpadasana ek bahut hi faidemand asan hai kyoni ye na kewal aapki dharan ko theek karta hai balki aapki pet ki muscles ko bhi strong banata hai jisse bhavishaya mein aap is problem se bache rehte  hein. Saath mein ye aapki pet sambhandit problems ko bhi door rakhne mein sahayak hai.

  • Aap neeche zameen par seedha let jaiye. Aapne dono legs ko aapas mein sata kara rakhiye aur dono hathon ko apni body ke saath sata kar rakhiye.
  • Andar saans lete hue dono legs ko dheere dheere oopar uthaye. Aapki body aur legs ke beech 90 degree ka kon banna chaiye. Is position mein 30 seconds tak rahiye.
  • Ab saans bahar chodte hue legs ko neeche layie (dheere dheere).
  • Aisa 5 se 10 baar roj subhe kijiye.

Note: ye pose wo log bilkul na kare jinhe high blood pressure ho, back pain ho, hernia ki problem ho ya haal mein hi stomach ki surgery hui ho. Pregnancy or period ke dauran bhi ye asan varjit hai.

Dharan padne se hone wale kayi lakshno se aaram pane ke liye aap apaan mudra ka use bhi kar sakte hein. Ise bade or bache aasani se kar sakte hein. Aap samtal jagah par ulte let jaiye or ball ko aapni nabhi ke neeche rakh lijiye. 5 minute tak ise mudra mein lete rahe fir bayi or se dheere-2 uth ka beth jaye. Iske turant baad aap lemon yukt back tea peejiye.

I am suffering from navel displacement from last over 3 years and getting muscle catch on left side below navel along with circulating of muscles along navel and pulling of core muscles on tail bone hips joint and on left side of lungs.       Dharan/Nabh Chadna/Kauri chadna ye sab bohot common hai, aur iske bohot se easy upaay hai…Jitni jaldi isko theek kar liya jaye utna he achha hota hai, aur iska side effect kam ata hai…

      lekin har insaan ki Nabh theek hone ka tarika alag hai. Kuch ko pait malne se farak padta hai, kuch ko yoga se, kuch ko pero ko khhichwa kar, kuch ko apne daily ke routine mai chhoti chhoti cheeze yad ya change rakh kar…

      lekin hamesha yad rakhe Nabh chadne par bhi, kabhi bhi apni body ko Dehyration na hone de, isse Nabh ke side effect badne lagte hai…

    Lagbhag 4 year se mujhe ye problem hai. Mere pet me left side hamesha khinchav rahta hai. Aur wahi par dhak dhak awaj hoti hai. Kitni bhi kosis karu but nabhi centre me nhi aati.mai har tarike se krwa chuka hu but ab bohat thak chuka hu .mentally problem bhi bohat ho rhi hai.dar sa lga rahta hai har time.
